2. Definitions

  • "Products": Honey, beeswax, propolis, and other bee-related goods sold by Bellafam.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Process

  • Orders can be placed online or via phone/WhatsApp.

  • All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

3.2 Payment Methods

  • Accepted: M-Pesa, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers.

  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

3.3 Delivery

  • Delivery available within Kenya (Nairobi and select counties).

  • Shipping fees apply based on location.

  • Delivery times are estimates; delays due to logistics are not our liability.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Damaged/Defective Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Refund/replacement subject to inspection.

4.2 Returns Policy

  • Non-perishable items (e.g., beeswax products): 7-day return window.

  • Perishable items (e.g., raw honey): No returns unless spoiled (must report within 3 days).

4.3 Refunds

  • Processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Product Quality & Allergies

  • Our honey is raw, pure, and unpasteurized.

  • Allergy Warning: Bee products may cause allergic reactions. Consult a doctor if unsure.

  • We are not liable for misuse or allergic reactions.

6. Website Use

6.1 Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, images, text) is owned by Bellafam Africa Ltd.

  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6.2 User Conduct

  • Do not:

    • Hack/scrape the website.

    • Post false reviews.

    • Use our branding without permission.

7. Beekeeping Services

  • Hive leasing/beekeeping training is subject to separate contracts.

  • Farm visits require prior booking and adherence to safety rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bellafam is not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

    • Issues caused by third-party delivery services.

    • Natural variations in honey texture/color.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Kenyan law.

  • Disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts.
