Honey & Bee Equipment Return Policy
At Bella Fam Honey Co., we take pride in the quality of our pure honey and beekeeping equipment. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return policies:
Honey Products:
- Unopened honey jars may be returned within 14 days of purchase
- We cannot accept returns of opened honey products for health and safety reasons
- Honey must be returned in its original packaging
Beekeeping Equipment:
- Unused equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in original condition with all parts and packaging
- Used equipment cannot be returned due to bio-security concerns
- Custom-ordered equipment is non-returnable
Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bellafam.co.ke with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective beekeeping equipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
